Kairos (καιρός) is an ancient Greek word meaning the right or opportune moment (the supreme moment). In the New Testament, kairos means "the appointed time in the purpose of God" or the time when God acts.
As we prepare to move into our new church home at 3405 Atlantic Blvd. in the St. Nicholas neighborhood, we believe we are in a kairos moment for our church. And it’s going to take

On Sunday, October 12, we’ll gather for a special Groundbreaking Service as part of our All of Us initiative! This historic moment marks the next step in building a permanent home for River City Church—a place where generations will encounter God, grow in community, and be sent out on mission. Together, we’ll celebrate God’s faithfulness, pray over the land, and take the first steps toward what He is building through all of us.
