The Production Team is a creative community that serves the church through various roles, including audio, video, lighting, storytelling, and design. We are passionate about using our creativity to glorify God and help people encounter the life-transforming presence of the Lord. We do this all from the values of creativity, excellence, commitment to the team, and a joyful heart — ready to serve regardless of the situation.

Production Roles

Worship Services

Must be willing to serve at least one Sunday a month. Youth can serve on the first Sunday of each month due to no youth gathering, or serve as Camera Operators any Sunday and be dismissed with the Youth halfway through the service.

Service Producer — Oversees all elements of service production before, during, and after the service. Liaison between Production Team, Worship Team, Service Leaders, and Speakers/Pastors. Strong communication skills are required.

FOH Audio — Controls the live sound mixing for Front of House (FOH).

Broadcast Audio — Controls the live sound mixing for broadcast using digital audio workstation (DAW) software such as Pro Tools.

Slides — Operates the presentation software (ProPresenter) to display lyrics, slides, and videos.

Video Director — Operates the video switcher for broadcast, switching between multiple camera and media feeds. Gives direction to the Camera Ops during the service over wireless headsets.

Camera Operator — Operates Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Cameras for broadcast. CAM2 is mounted on a tripod on the elevated platform, CAM3 and CAM4 are wireless handheld cameras during worship and placed on tripods after worship. (Youth can be dismissed to the youth gathering after operating CAM3 or CAM4.)

Photographer — Captures the story of Sundays through still photography. The shot list includes greeters welcoming people at the door, sanctuary service (worship, communion, testimonies, sermon, prayer ministry), kids and youth ministries, and people mingling in the lobby after church.
