Alpha
Join a series of group conversations that freely explore the basics of the Christian faith in an open, friendly environment.
At each Alpha session, you'll be hosted in a small group with a free meal to watch an episode on a different question of faith. Then you have a chance to share your thoughts and hear what others think. You can say anything you like, or nothing at all.
Everyone's welcome. You're invited, no matter your background or beliefs. It's free and there's no pressure to come back.
Alpha will be held at River City Church every Thursday evening from 6:30pm to 8:30pm, starting on April 4th and concluding on May 23rd.
Alpha Day Away
The Alpha Day Away is a significant part of the Alpha experience — and lots of fun! It’s all about getting away from the busyness of everyday life to connect with others, relax, and continue exploring questions of life and faith.
It takes place at the Montgomery Center, a non-profit retreat center between Starke and Keystone Heights. The cost is $25/person and includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
