Please plan to arrive at River City Church no later than 9:30 AM. Youth should place all bags in the RCC lobby and come check-in at the church office / youth room for a trip send-off meeting.
We will caravan to Passion Camp at 10:00 AM. We would like to have all students grab their own bags from the lobby and bring them to the bus for load-up.
We will depart for Daytona Beach as soon as all leaders, students, and luggage are in the cars. Our goal is to be on the road by 10:15 AM.
RETURN: JULY 15, 1:00 PM
We will be departing Daytona for Jacksonville at 11:00 AM. We plan to check-out of the hotel no later than 10:30 a.m. to be ready to load the cars. We will stop for a short lunch at Chick Fil A before arriving at RCC.
It is 84 miles from Daytona Beach to River City Church. By car, Google Maps estimates the drive should take approximately 1 hr & 30 mins. We are assuming that traveling with a group will take slightly longer.
Students and leaders will contact parents from the road with updated arrival time information. Please keep phones handy and be mindful of notifications!

WILL I HAVE INFORMATION ABOUT MY CHILDREN AND HOW TO CONTACT THEM?
Parents will have leader information prior to departure so you will have contact information for the leader that can best access your student if you cannot reach them on their personal phone. Phone signals are inconsistent while we are in the convention center so be patient on returned phone calls.
MY CHILD TAKES MEDICATION. IS IT POSSIBLE TO GIVE A LEADER ALL MY STUDENTS MEDICATIONS TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM?
Insurance and liability guidelines and FDA regulations prevent us from taking full responsibility for your child's personal prescription medication. We can, however, be made aware that they need to take certain medications and if your child has life threatening allergies we can retain one of his/her epinephrine pens for emergencies. Passion camp is fully compliant with all of the standards and has medical personnel present at camp at all times for emergencies.
WHAT IS THE LEADER TO STUDENT RATIO FOR RCC AT PASSION CAMP?
Passion Camp requires 1:10. We stay at a 1:7
